Below is a list of some of the services Online Office Assistants provide. If you need something done but can't see it listed, please contact us for an estimate; we provide free consultations and quotations.

  • Presentations, Promotional Flyers, Invitations and Newsletters - we can create your presentation or flyer from scratch, or add that touch of finesse to an existing one to give it the ‘Wow!’ factor.
  • Database Creation or Maintenance - whether you need a simple customer database created in Excel or something more complex, we can create or organise it
  • Personalised Software Training and Support - we can work with you or your staff to help you use Microsoft Office products more effectively.
  • Business Analysis and Process Reviews - we can work with you to help improve and document existing business processes.
  • Internet Research - let us trawl the Internet for you to source information, prices or data.
  • JD Edwards (Enterprise One) Data Maintenance - we’re experienced in working with Enterprise One v8.9
Terms & Conditions:
  • The minimum time chargeable per job is 1 hour. Additional time will be invoiced in 15 minute blocks.
  • Emails, printing, & general phone calls are included in the above rates. Large volume print jobs (e.g. bulk mail-outs) will be outsourced; this will be discussed with the client prior to the job being commenced.
  • Postage, STD/International calls, courier charges & job-specific stationery are additional charges & will be invoiced to the client.
  • Unforeseen extra costs will be discussed with the client prior to being incurred.
  • On-site visits will include appropriate travel time charged at the job rate
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Online Office Assistants guarantee the quality of their work. Should an error occur, it will be corrected at no additional cost to the client. Detailed job revisions or client-initiated alterations will be charged at the standard rate applicable to the job.
Payment Terms
  • Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice. Payment may be made by cheque, money order or direct bank deposit.
